The Master of Science in Nursing program prepares graduates to advance nursing practice in a complex and evolving healthcare environment by gaining competencies in provision of patient-centered care, working in interprofessional teams, employing evidence-based practice, applying quality improvement approaches and utilizing informatics.
The Master of Science in Nursing Education is the School of Nursing's initial M.S. area of specialization.
